Street Food

Street foods are really amazing as they bring the local flavor, aroma and taste so close to oneself. Moreover they are really worth the penny as they give a tremendous experience at an affordable cost. But the only glitch is sometimes, someone can get a bad experience from certain foods served at some places. If one is vigilant enough to be aware of the below five tips, the bitter experience can be avoided.

  1. Eat from open shops

It is always better to eat from shops where one can always see how the food is made. This means, if possible one can watch how the making process is going on like how the food is handled, stored and served before purchasing the food. Useful indicators can be if the food is handled with bare hands without washing throughout or stored in dirty containers or served in plastic plates, then it is a big “No” as otherwise can invite trouble to the stomach.

2. Eat foods immediately after it is made

Apart from the taste and comfort benefit of having the food hot and crisp it is better to eat the foods immediately after it is made rather than having the food which was lying down for a long time. This is important because it ain’t advisable to consume the food exposed to the environment for longer time as it may be teeming with microbes and pollution
