Many thanks Ms Stephanie for taking your time to reply my queries. Much appreciated. I understood that role of bacteriophages in our body which infects the bacteria. But for many years I was somewhat aware that viruses had been and continue to be playing a role in our body mysteriously by integrating into our genome to protect us and also evolve us. That’s why I was curious about the role of viruses from our body. The below article very much explains this.

Also, regarding the corona virus always existing in human body, I understand that in the decades of 1960’s it was first discovered in humans. It was more of a nuisance causing common cold and mild symptoms. But some strain of corona viruses can be dangerous for some like the current one. As a deep thinker I will keep pondering about the role of microbes in our body.
