The 3 D’s which makes currency one of the most contaminated man made piece on earth
Everyone loves currency 💸. That is why it is said, “No money, no honey”. We love to have it always and never despise it. We keep it very close to our heart ❤️ unmindful of the fact that it is one of the most contaminated man made piece on earth. In fact in US, it was found in a study that most of the currencies were contaminated with cocaine and other illicit drugs. Moreover, it has also been found that currencies also serve as breeding ground for pathogens like bacteria and viruses. Recently during the pandemic, China even quarantined the currencies for some hours and only released them after treating with UV light. There are three D’s which basically contributes to their contamination. They are
- Denomination
- Demography
- Difference of material

We know that currencies come in various values. But the lower value ones are more contaminated than the higher value ones. This is because they exchange more hands. Usually we don’t always carry high valued notes for purchase purposes due to safety issues and it is only the lower valued ones which are mostly carried and which are used for petty purchase purposes and this makes them more contaminated in the process…
