Same compound gives different effects when injected and ingested. Snake venom isn't harmful when ingested but is lethal when injected. Vaccines are injected and not ingested. If compounds like polyethylene glycol in vaccines are injected to prime the immune response, no one knows their fate aftermath long term in body.
