Energy is the capacity to do work. All beings vegetative or mobile need to expend energy to do work for their survival and to spread their genes. Human beings are odd ones out among all beings with the capability to do meaningful work beyond survival and procreation. How to define a meaningful work? Meaningful work is the work done to cherish the life of all beings on earth. Life is rare in the universe and realizing that possibility which is respecting life in all beings is the greatest aspect of ones work. It is life centric and ain’t ego centric. Work is to be worshipped as it sustains life.

Work execution stages:

Any work has four stages to it when an individual approaches it. The first stage is “One doesn’t know what one doesn’t know” . In this stage, one needs to spend maximum energy to get the work done. This happens when one has no knowledge to execute the work and the effort required is humongous. The second stage is when “one knows what one doesn’t know” . In this stage one learns the concepts and there is effort required to understand them to execute the work later.

The third stage is when one knows everything in the mind of how to execute the work but is deficient practically. In this stage “One knows what is to be known “. This is the time where one needs to put the theory into practice and…
